Kindly follow the instruction below to resolve it.
- Visit GTbank official website: https://www.gtbank.com/
- Click on dispense error at the footer
- Insert your NUBAN/Account Number
- Last 6 digits of the card
- Select the transaction period
- View the transaction of interest
- Report particular failed transaction and log it
Issue will be resolved within 3-5 working days
